P2025 Mercedes 2025 Toyota

P2025 Mercedes 2025 Toyota. What are some of the symptoms of the code? I have a 5v reference and signal voltage is 1.25 at idle, moves up to around 1.65 or so if i rev the engine.

After that i had a limp mode which made me to give some thought on what could probably the reason was. I’m getting p2025 with a check engine light, but no performance issues.
